The 50th Anniversary of the Sunland-Tujunga Lions Club Watermelon Festival will be August 12, 13, 14 2011 Bring the whole family and enjoy the day! Carnival Rides and Waterslides Contests, Games and Prizes Food Court and Marketplace Clowns and Painted Faces Ronald McDonald Entertainment Music, Dancing, Poetry An exhibit of wild animals from the Wildlife Way Station And More..... $5 Adult Admission ($2 if you are wearing a watermelon outfit!) $2 Kids up to 40" tall ($1 if you are wearing a watermelon outfit!) Babies are free (and they really look cute in a watermelon outfit!) ATM Services on site	Free Watermelon! KidsZone! Beat the heat! enjoy the entertainment, arts and crafts and other activities just for kids under the shade of the big oak trees Play on the Water Slide - bring a bathing suit and towel! Or just drip dry! Be tickled by the Classic Clowns as they juggle, make balloon animals, and paint faces! Great Kids & Teenage Poetry reading Saturday 1-3pm at the KidsZone! Ronald McDonald will be with us Sunday evening at 6 p.m. in the Watermelon Pavilion There's something for everyone! Free Watermelon served Friday, Saturday and Sunday!
