Specifications for Print Ads:

• Ads are preferred as electronic files. Smaller files may be zipped and emailed or uploaded to our FTP site. If email cannot be used or the file is large, then files should be on CD. No Floppy Disks.
  
• We accept files as PDF (preferred), tif, or jpg files. Ads for printed program must be at least at resolution 300 dpi at full size and CMYK color. (Not RGB)
  We accept business cards for scanning, but a $5.00 charge will be added to scan, retouch and format your business card for print. This charge will be payable to our program design agency.
  
• If we cannot use the copy as submitted, our program design agency will re-create it for you for a charge of $25.
  
• We reserve the right to reject an ad if it does not conform to the print quality or design standards of the program.

If you would like your ad returned, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.If you need your ad designed, your logo, artwork or existing ad scanned and/or converted to print formats, we will give your name, e-mail and phone number to Jeannine Crowley at Foothill Graphics and Design to discuss your layouts and costs. Website Ads are only accepted as electronic files. Smaller files may be zipped and emailed to watermelon@inforprovider.com. If email cannot be used or the file is too large, then files should be put on CD and mailed to Information Provider Technologies, PO Box 111, Sunland, CA 91041. Please email to notify us so we can pick it up in a timely manner.

• We accept files as gif or jpg files. Ads must be in color and must be at 72 dpi.
  o All graphics must be included
  o All graphics must be optimized for the web at 72 dpi
  o HTML code must be written to W3C standards.
  o Text must use Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana or Helvetica fonts.
  o No Active-X controls or JavaScript may be used.
  
• Files will be optimized for optimum page loading times
  
• We reserve the right to reject an ad if it does not conform to the print quality or design standards of the program.
  
• If we cannot use the file as submitted, our programming and design department will contact you on estimated cost, so please include your phone number on all orders.
