Every year, local musicians and performers are featured live on stage at the Sunland-Tujunga Watermelon Festival. 

Local bands performing throughout the day and evening. 

A 20 x20 foot dance floor invites you to rock and roll or swing to the rhythm!

Each afternoon there are performances by singers, martial artists, and local poets.

A mixture of punk, power pop, glam rock, and songs that make your head bop. 
Fronted by a smokin' hot chick singer who's got some pipes, Hey You is currently a finalist in Las Vegas' Hard Rock Hotel Battle of the Bands.  They have a super solid drummer, a shredder on guitar, and their bass player has subbed for Matt Freeman on a Rancid tour.

These 20-something-year-olds take classic rock to a whole new level. With four part vocal harmonies and a thundering sound, The Heist rocks the very best of The Doors, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Beatles, Doobie Brothers, Rolling Stones, and more!
These young rockers have been featured on KTLA's Morning News show, mentioned by DJs on KLOS 95.5, and have played to crowds of 4,000+. Members of The Heist have toured with Glenn Cornick of Jethro Tull, recorded with Marty Walsh of Supertramp, and shared the stage with Story of the Year, Yellowcard, Strung Out, The Matches, and more.
